Shipping

I dispatch the order within 1-2 weeks after your purchase.
All orders are prepared and sent from France with the French Post office.

Orders within France generally take a few days. European orders generally take 1-4 weeks. Orders outside Europe can take 3-5 weeks.

Orders can be sent with a tracking number, to guarantee you shipping has been process. If you choose this option, i will send you the tracking number once the order has been deposited at the post office.

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damages & Delays

I'm not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service. If you give an incomplete or wrong address I'll not refund you the shipping cost.
If your shipment arrives clearly damaged please contact me by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you have received it.

 

Returns

I do not accept returns or cancellations but do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problem with your order : c.polge@hotmail.fr

And if I made a mistake (wrong item, wrong quantity..) of course I will cover the additional costs.​​​​
